About quotations and MOQ
How quickly will I get a quotation?
Within 12 hours on business days. Send the style, quantity, and delivery date and we come back with an itemised written price — unit cost, sample cost, lead times, and freight options.
Why do you not publish fixed prices?
Because the unit price depends on the fabric, the amount of embroidery, the closure type, and the packing. A number published without knowing your spec cannot be a number we can hold.
Are there setup or digitizing fees?
Embroidery digitizing is included in every order at no extra charge. If a new pattern, dye lot, or bespoke closure is needed, it is priced separately and stated in the quotation before you commit.
Can we split one order across colours or sizes?
Yes, within the MOQ per colour. Tell us the split at quotation stage so the cutting room can plan it.
What does the quotation include?
Unit price, sample cost, bulk lead time, air freight estimate, and a breakdown of what is included (digitizing, woven labels, packing). Nothing changes after you sign off.
