Your spec, our line

We build from a tech pack, from vector artwork, from a sketch, or by measuring a cap you already sell. Everything is quoted before anything is cut, and MOQ is 200 pieces per style and colour.

The process

From your spec to a closed carton

Four steps. The timings below are the ones we hold to, not targets.

01 · Day 0Send your spec

A tech pack, an artwork file, or a physical sample you already like. If you only have a sketch, send the sketch.

02 · Within 12 hoursReceive the quotation

We price the crown, the fabric, the decoration, and the packing separately, so you can see what each line costs.

03 · 7 daysApprove the sample

We build a physical pre-production sample and send photographs and video of it before it ships to you.

04 · 15–20 daysBulk production

Your order runs on our own lines. You get progress photographs at cutting, embroidery, and packing.

Input

What we need from you

You do not need all of it. The first three are usually enough for us to come back with options and a price.

  • 02 · NeededVector artwork, or a high-resolution file we can digitize from
  • 03 · NeededThe quantity per style and per colour

  • 05 · NeededThe market you are selling into, so we can flag the labelling rules that apply

Send artwork by reply after the inquiry if you do not want to attach it here.

Decoration

Embroidery and decoration

Eight methods in regular use on our lines. The sample is where we dial the density and the height until the mark looks right.

3D puff embroideryRaised foam underlay lifts the thread above the panel. Suits bold marks and short words.
Flat embroideryThe standard for fine detail, thin strokes, and small lettering.
High-density embroideryTighter stitch spacing for a solid, painted-on look on sportswear.
ChenilleA thick, fuzzy patch-stitch for varsity and heritage programmes.
Woven patchA separate woven badge, sewn on. Good for multi-colour artwork.
Leather patchA debossed or plain leather badge, usually on vintage and lifestyle styles.
AppliqueFabric shapes stitched down and edged, for large graphic panels.
Reflective printingFor position caps and night-shift workwear programmes.
Questions

Before you send the files

What files should I send?

A vector file is ideal. If you only have a JPEG, send the largest version you have and we will digitize from it and show you the stitch file before sampling.

Can you match a Pantone colour?

Yes. Send the Pantone TPX reference. Stock colours ship faster; dyed-to-match adds time and a minimum, which we will state in the quotation.

Can you copy a cap we already sell?

Yes. Send the physical sample. We will measure the crown depth, brim curve, panel widths, and stitch counts and send you the measured specification for approval.

What happens if a piece fails inspection?

It does not ship. Pieces that fail the hand inspection are pulled at the packing line, and any shortfall against the order quantity is made good before dispatch.

Send your spec and get a quotation in about 12 hours.

Attach the tech pack or artwork, tell us the quantity, and we will price the crown, the fabric, the decoration, and the packing separately.
