What is the minimum order quantity?
200 pieces per style per colour. If you are ordering multiple styles in the same run, each style needs its own 200-piece minimum.
Can I order a sample before committing to bulk?
Yes — and we recommend it. A physical sample ships in 7 days. We will quote the sample cost alongside the bulk price.
How do I send my logo or artwork?
Any file format works at the inquiry stage — even a photo. We digitize in-house and send you the stitch file for approval before running the production.
Do you ship to the US and Europe?
Yes. 98% of our orders ship to North America or Western Europe. We handle the export documentation and can quote door-to-door if needed.
Is there a setup fee?
Embroidery digitizing is quoted as part of the sample cost and credited against the bulk order if you proceed. Ask us for the breakdown when you send your spec.
